Ever feel like your spouse or partner
doesn’t get you at all? Or what’s worse,
ever feel like they know what you want/need
and are blatantly NOT giving that to you?
Here’s a short video that sheds some light
on our non-mind-reading boys, and how we can
adjust some of our own programming to communicate
(and get) what we want and need.
QUALIFIER: Not EVERY man/partner has our best
interest at heart and I’m not insinuating that.
This video is referring to the average, stereotypical
couple. I know there are people who do not
fit that stereotype.
QUALIFIER NUMBER TWO: I didn’t have time in this
video to go into the “TAKE Responsibility For Your
Own Happiness, Your Own Wants – and Go Get Them”
aspect of things. I’ll save that for another day,
another video.
Yes – if you want to go to a yard
sale, and your spouse/partner drives by it, you still
have the option of getting home, getting in the car
and driving right back there to take care of your
own needs. You can (and should) take responsibility
for meeting your own needs as well. I just didn’t go
into all that this time. Hope this is useful.
I’d love to get your feedback in the comments below~
And don’t forget to “like” this video if you liked it, so others can watch, too~
I’m pretty excited about a couple of new projects I’m working
on in the next few weeks. I’ll talk a little bit about those
in the video below.
This week’s video will also share with you a quick and easy way
to prioritize the “important stuff” in your life, so it doesn’t
get pushed aside.
This was huge for me, and really makes a difference in the quality
of your life, business, and relationships – so watch the video below
and leave any questions or comments you have in the comment section.
Ever feel like you could really show people what you’re made of if someone would just give
you the opportunity? Well, watch this video and find out why waiting for that opportunity
to fall into your lap is probably not your best plan – I’m just sayin
Heading into the 4th of July Holiday and I KNOW you’re gonna be around lots of friends and family. How about going into this one focusing on how you can make others feel important instead of focusing on what we’re gonna get out it? It’s actually pretty fun – I think you’ll like it~ Here’s a quick 3 minute video that gives you a visual on how to go about this easily and effectively. Happy 4th!
The Sun is OUT ladies and gentleman! Yahoo! I was walking past the window from the restroom back to my office and saw my my jeep out there in the parking lot, with the sun shining down on it. Instant happiness Made me think of all the simple things out there that can make us instantly happy, if we just CHOOSE to focus on them instead of all the junk.
So here's a quick "feel good" video I found for ya to help remind you (and me) of all that happy stuff - I know you'll love it as much as I did.
This week's video is a short one that I put together after a weekend training event with my sales team. These women were so awesome and it was such a great reminder of the energy and power that comes from being around a group of people who support you and want you to be your best. Everyone needs this in their life and in their business – it's priceless~
Dang! This realization hit me like a TON OF BRICKS! I caught myself using the term "they are lucky" when describing someone who had the level of business success that I want. And I seriously, know better than that…
Here's a helpful video that explains why that word is NOT good for you (or me). Success does not take luck. It takes the willingness to do what needs to be done. For real.
"Criticism is futile because its puts a person on the defensive and usually makes him strive to justify himself. Criticism is dangerous, because it wounds a person's precious pride, hurts his sense of importance, and arouses resentment."~ Dale Carnegie
This short video is sort a book review of one of my all time fav's – "How to Win Friends and Influence People," by Dale Carnegie. I've seriously read the book at least a dozen times and I learn something new and valuable with each read. I've also come across a new and FABULOUS blog by Dan Pearce, called "Single Dad Laughing," which I know you will love – so go check it out~
I have really enjoyed working with Edie as my coach. Since working with Edie, my self esteem has really improved, I have realized what is important to me and have set goals to achieve my dreams. Edie really made me feel important, that there was nothing I couldn't do and that there was no small or silly dream. I was very comfortable in telling Edie anything I was feeling, I never felt judged by her. My home life has really improved with the changes we made. I can better relate to my children and husband. I would recommend Edie's coaching program to anyone! She is great!

Thank you Edie for your amazing coaching. It really helped me to have you ask the questions that I don't think to ask myself. I find myself reflecting on our sessions and I always come away with deeper insight and understanding about my life and its purpose. Your passion for helping people comes through in your coaching. You are awesome! Thank you for inspiring me to live life to the fullest!

I was a little nervous before talking with Edie. I didn't really know what to expect and I thought she would tell me everything I was doing wrong in my life, which no one really wants to hear. But she never once told me what I should or shouldn't be doing. She just listened and brought up some interesting questions that I hadn't thought to ask myself before. It helped me focus on what was truly important to me and my life. Thank you Edie!

Before speaking with Edie, I was living each day without intention. I had ideas about some things I would like to accomplish in both the near future and further out, but I kept pushing the details of those ideas to the side. Edie’s coaching helped me identify what is most important to me in my life right now. Through our work together, I was able to hammer out not only the direction I need to move, but the steps to get me to the intended destination. The most difficult aspect of living an authentic life is knowing specifically what it is that will make it magical for you. Edie will help you target those areas that are most important to you to then allow you to live your dream.

I got so much out of just one exploratory session with Edie. She asked me questions that really got me thinking about what I want and how to get it. I believe her style of coaching will make a huge difference in my life and bring out the best in me. I look forward to future sessions with her.

Thanks, Edie. I now understand how a coach would be able to help me set goals for myself that i might think about, but can't see how to get started. I can now see how working with a coach would help me see what i have or haven't done in the past to help forward my career, and help me to see what i need to do to keep me on track towards my goals.

I recently had my first call with my coach, Edie. It was a great experience -such an easy flowing conversation. I can’t believe how much it motivated me! I often need a kick in the pants for a little motivation. If it were possible I would get that motivation every day. I can’t wait for my next appointment.
Thanks for your help Edie!
