Just Breathe – Slowing Down The Thoughts That Are Causing You Stress
Did your mom or dad ever tell you to “Count to Ten” when you were
feeling angry, frustrated, freaked-out and about to do or say
something you’d most likely regret later?
Well, they were on to something, however, I have a more
effective tool for you to use when you are trying to deal with
overwhelming emotions and are attempting to flip your negative
thoughts into positive ones.

impact the quality of our life experiences. This is good news as long as we know how to choose positive ones over negative.
Breath-work (slow, deep, full-body inhaling and exhaling) is one of the best tools to help you keep your mind and your thoughts focused on things that make you feel good.
I use it AT LEAST three to four times a day~
