Happy New Year! Here’s Better Way to Set up 2014~

2014 is just a couple of days away and I want this video to help send you into the new Year with a plan you can actually look forward to implementing this time.

Rather than going into 2014 with a list of resolutions or a collection of goals you think you should be working towards, how about focusing on how you want to FEEL this next year, or what type of EXPERIENCES you want to have and even better, what kind of person do you want to BE going into this next year.

Click the image below to watch this week’s video and find out how to set up 2014 the most effectively (and most fun!)

When I set goals or make resolutions, a lot of times I’m setting them up because I’m assuming I’m going to feel a certain way AFTER the goal is achieved. I don’t want to do that anymore. It’s much easier to commit to a way of being and feeling than to a list of things to do. You’ll still end up doing those things but with a deeper, heart felt motivation.

I think we overcomplicate the whole idea of making changes each New Year. And I know when I overcomplicate things, I tend not to follow through because it feels to hard or overwhelming. What I have found, is that simplest smallest changes can sometimes make the biggest impact on my life. So, let me ask you, what’s one thing, that you’re not already doing, that if you started doing right now, would make the biggest impact in your relationship? What’s one thing that if you stopped doing, would make the biggest impact. Now, ask yourself that same question only apply it to your health, your career, your self esteem?

Over the next couple of days, I want to challenge you to dig deep and uncover what’s it going to take for your life to look dramatically different a year from now?

What People Are Saying:

Coaching with Edie has been a very positive and motivating experience for me.  Things I kept putting off became my focus, I took action, and accomplished them very quickly with just her asking the RIGHT questions.  I have written down my goals - something I normally don't like to do - and I am seeing my goals being met on a weekly and monthly basis.  When I didn't meet a specific goal I had for the week, she completely took a positive side and we moved forward for the next week.  I knew what I wanted in my life, I just wasn't focusing or putting it to action like I am now.  Thank you Edie for your support, positive influence and the nudges from behind!

Edie really helped me gain a lot of insight into my professional and personal life. It was an eye-opening experience. I look forward to achieving some of the goals that we talked about, and I am confident that I will achieve them with Edie's support and guidance.
