Fall Down Seven Times; Get up Eight

____________________________________________________________
Sometimes, no matter how much we focus on Gratitude, Positive Aspects, and creating an
environment for happiness, we STILL get knocked down. It will just happen.

What matters most, though, it how we respond to those events in order to get an outcome we
want. So many of us end up focusing on the actual event, wishing we could change it,
complaining about why it happened, when the relief and the peace comes from figuring out
how to get back up.

Click the image below to watch this week’s video and learn how to get up when you’ve gotten
knocked down, or when you’ve fallen down and how to lean on your sisters for help when you
need it.

What I’ve learned over these last several weeks, is that the formula for getting up is a
combination of surrendering to “what is,” asking for help from people you trust, and plugging
in to resources (books, prayer, meditation, inspiring stories and quotes, etc.) that are
targeted at getting you back to a place of peace and happiness.

Hope you have an awesome week and I WILL talk to you again next Monday.

What People Are Saying:

Coaching with Edie has been a very positive and motivating experience for me.  Things I kept putting off became my focus, I took action, and accomplished them very quickly with just her asking the RIGHT questions.  I have written down my goals - something I normally don't like to do - and I am seeing my goals being met on a weekly and monthly basis.  When I didn't meet a specific goal I had for the week, she completely took a positive side and we moved forward for the next week.  I knew what I wanted in my life, I just wasn't focusing or putting it to action like I am now.  Thank you Edie for your support, positive influence and the nudges from behind!

Edie really helped me gain a lot of insight into my professional and personal life. It was an eye-opening experience. I look forward to achieving some of the goals that we talked about, and I am confident that I will achieve them with Edie's support and guidance.
