How to Quickly Release Stress/Tension – Lessons From Dogs & Ducks

In this week’s episode of EdieKayTV, I have my very first guest!
My sister, Teri, a professional dog trainer in San Francisco, CA,
was here visiting for my 40th Birthday Celebration along with a
TON of other family members, and she agreed to be my very first
guest on my Vlog.

In this episode, Teri and I discuss how dogs and ducks physically
“shake off” negative tension in order to regain a feeling of
peace and contentment and let go of that negativity.
