Write it Down

I had such a blast at the Success Seminar I did with Chris Bailey last Friday!  Great energy in that room – we had the best participants!  Here is a short clip from some of that training.  It's a quick and easy tool that works when you're setting goals and commitments.  I seriously don't know why more people don't do this.  I have to admit that I even forget to do this simple thing sometimes – that's just craziness.  Enjoy!
